Job Summary

The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) acts as a key liaison between the agency and its clients, ensuring client satisfaction, relationship continuity, leads generation, and business growth. The CRM will manage client accounts, understand their marketing needs, and coordinate internal teams to deliver campaigns.

  • Minimum Qualification : HND
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 1 year
  • Working Hours : Full Time

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client objectives, brand guidelines, and expectations.
  • Generate leads by identifying our target audience
  • Ensure regular, proactive communication with clients regarding project status, feedback, and performance
  • Coordinate internally with Creative, Strategy, Digital, and Production teams to deliver campaign assets on time and on brief.
  • Monitor campaign performance and share progress reports with clients.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience
  • HND in any course of study
