Responsibilities:
- Set clear deposit mobilization targets and drive performance across all retail channels.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the bank’s savings portfolio and deposit base.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. /HND in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Economics, Accounting, or any related field.
- A higher degree (e.g. MBA, M.Sc., etc.) will be an added advantage.
- Professional certifications (e.g., ACIB, MCIB, etc.) will be a plus.
- Minimum of 5-6 years relevant experience, particularly in retail banking or MFB.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
