Chartered Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyse financial statements and management reports.
• Manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  
• Conduct internal audits and strengthen internal control systems.
  
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  
• Prepare and manage tax computations, filings, and tax planning.
  
• Develop and monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial forecasts.
  
• Maintain accurate inventory and production cost records.
  
• Monitor sales, marketing, and production accounts to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.
  
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies.
  
• Provide strategic financial advice to management for business growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  
• Must be a Chartered Accountant (ICAN or ACCA).
  
• Minimum of 7 years' post-qualification experience in accounting and finance.
  
• Proven expertise in Auditing and Taxation.
  
• Strong knowledge of production accounting, sales accounting, marketing accounting, inventory management, and cost accounting.
  
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
