Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present sales reports
- Inventory and stock management
- Track all orders and ensure payment is made
- Manage transactions with customers (issue and valid tickets)
- Collect payments whether in cash or POS
- Issue receipts, change or tickets
- Redeem vouchers
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
Requirements:
- Ideal candidate must be smart and have a good charisma
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
- High level of energy with strong customer skills
- Attention to detail
- Helpful and courteous approach to resolving complaints.
Remuneration: NGN 30,000 - 40,000
