Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Accurately handle cash, credit, and POS transactions.
- Maintain records of transactions and reconcile cash drawers at the end of shifts.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the cashier area.
- Assist with customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Work closely with waitstaff and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE/OND; additional training or certification in customer service or accounting is a plus.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong numerical and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
- Honest, dependable, and well-organized.
- Must be polite, professional, and presentable.
