Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach (including cold calling and lead generation).
- Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and proposals.
- Understand client needs and align them with appropriate solutions from the company’s offerings.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to foster customer loyalty.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and successfully close sales to increase company revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective business development strategies.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to represent the company and generate new leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and business opportunities using CRM tools.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and market feedback to the management team.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills, with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Confident in making cold calls, initiating conversations, and setting up meetings.
- Good understanding of market research, sales strategies, and client relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Willingness to travel or attend offsite meetings, exhibitions, or networking events when necessary.
