Business/Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients
• Oversee the graphics team to ensure consistent, high-quality, and visually engaging designs.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts to enhance brand presence and audience engagement.
• Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure revenue goals are achieved.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
• Address client inquiries, handle complaints promptly, and ensure satisfaction with print jobs.
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of sales representatives.
• Provide regular training, motivation, and support to enhance team productivity and professionalism.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential client sectors.
• Conduct competitor analysis and recommend improvements to stay ahead in the market.
• Generate and analyze sales reports, identifying areas of improvement and growth.
• Present timely and regular updates to the business development manager on sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback.
• Ensure smooth communication between sales and production teams regarding job specifications, timelines, and client requirements.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues that may impact delivery or quality.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience
• BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
