- Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize IT projects based on business impact and ROI, aligning with overall business strategy.
- Facilitate communication between business users and IT teams, keeping stakeholders informed about project progress, updates, and potential impacts.
- Act as a mediator to address any issues or conflicts between business units and IT teams, finding solutions that meet both parties' needs.
- Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers across the business, establishing trust and credibility as a trusted advisor.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of IT services and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
