Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the solar and energy storage market.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with distributors, EPCs, corporate clients, and key industry stakeholders.
- Develop persuasive sales proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts to close profitable deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and sales targets.
- Conduct regular market research to monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and excellent customer experience.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic growth plans for management review.
Requirements:
- HND or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the solar, renewable energy, or power solutions industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship management and client engagement abilities.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software is an advantage.
