Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic business development and Marketing plans to grow the customer base and increase market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
Identify and engage with new residential, commercial, and corporate clients (e.g., hotels, restaurants, gyms, hospitals, schools).
Manage sales pipeline and convert leads into paying customers.
Work closely with operations to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
Negotiate and close deals with partners, resellers, or bulk clients.
Represent the company at networking events, trade fairs, and other promotional opportunities in Abuja.

Requirements:

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (experience in laundry, logistics, hospitality, or FMCG is a plus).
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in a service-based industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
