Job Summary

We are looking to hire a Professional Real Estate Business Developer/Sales Executive. This position is strictly for candidates with Real Estate experience, non-qualified candidates should not apply and the candidate must reside on the Island of Lagos. The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

  • Minimum Qualification:Degree
  • Experience Level:Mid level
  • Experience Length:3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets 
  • Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts 
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives 
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of BS.c in business admin, social science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales with a proven track record in the Real Estate Industry
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


Location: Lekki Phase1, The candidate must reside on the island of Lagos


Remuneration: Salary + Commission & HMO
