Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Assist in the creation and management of comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables.
- Participate in the design and rollout of new systems, tools, and business processes.
- Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions that drive efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports, process flow diagrams, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and implementation phases.
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- BSc. Degree in Business Administration or a similar course of study
