Job Description

  • Scanning and attaching documentation to all entries in QuickBooks
  • Reconciliation of bank statements and hotel credit cards
  • Providing direction to the night audit team so proper revenue reporting is completed
  • Handle and input payroll deductions
  • Ensuring proper payments for State Tax, County Tax, and City Tax
  • Attention to detail and reporting of issues to the Head Office
  • Quick thinker on their feet.
  • Ability to work without supervision in a trusted capacity
  • Performing clerical and all daily accounting cash duties
  • Reviews expenses to ensure proper coding to the general ledger account
  • Ensure proper approvals have been received prior to entering expenses into the accounting system.
  • Prepare and run financial reports on a daily basis
