Billing Administrator
Job summary
Cobranet is seeking a detail-oriented and technically inclined Billing Administrator to manage customer billing operations, service provisioning support, and usage monitoring. The ideal candidate will bridge finance and technical teams to ensure accurate billing, efficient service changes, and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Billing Operations:
- Process customer billing requests accurately and promptly
- Generate invoices and ensure correct application of tariffs and plans
- Handle billing adjustments, disputes, and reconciliations
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
Service Provisioning Support:
- Perform IP address assignment and management
- Process service upgrades and downgrades based on customer requests
- Coordinate activation, suspension, and termination of services
- Ensure alignment between billing systems and network provisioning
Monitoring & Reporting:
- Create and maintain customer usage graphs
Customer & Internal Support:
- Respond to customer billing inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Liaise with NOC, Network Engineering, and Sales teams for service-related requests
- Assist in onboarding new customers from a billing and provisioning perspective
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in billing, ISP operations, or a similar environment
- Strong understanding of ISP services (bandwidth, IP management, SLAs)
- Experience with billing platforms (e.g., WHMCS or similar systems)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., PRTG or equivalent)
- Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, routing concepts)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
