Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager- B2C Growth to lead and scale Pharmarun’s consumer business. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in e-commerce and healthcare, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition, conversion, and retention through both online and offline channels.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Pharmarun’s B2C growth strategy to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new growth opportunities, including partnerships, campaigns, and channel expansion.
  • Lead the B2C business development team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and customer growth targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design and implement initiatives that drive customer awareness and repeat purchase.
  • Analyse customer behaviour, data, and market trends to inform business decisions and refine strategies.
  • Build partnerships with relevant healthcare and consumer brands that support Pharmarun’s mission and expansion goals.
  • Track, measure, and report performance metrics (e.g., acquisition cost, lifetime value, conversion rate).
  • Represent Pharmarun in industry events and forums to strengthen visibility and credibility.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, consumer health, or healthcare expansion roles.
  • Proven success in driving B2C growth through digital and partnership channels.
  • Strong understanding of consumer acquisition, funnel optimisation, and retention strategies.
  • Experience leading teams, managing budgets, and setting performance KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven, and technology-enabled environment.
