Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Pharmarun’s B2C growth strategy to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities, including partnerships, campaigns, and channel expansion.
- Lead the B2C business development team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and customer growth targets.
- Collaborate with marketing to design and implement initiatives that drive customer awareness and repeat purchase.
- Analyse customer behaviour, data, and market trends to inform business decisions and refine strategies.
- Build partnerships with relevant healthcare and consumer brands that support Pharmarun’s mission and expansion goals.
- Track, measure, and report performance metrics (e.g., acquisition cost, lifetime value, conversion rate).
- Represent Pharmarun in industry events and forums to strengthen visibility and credibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, consumer health, or healthcare expansion roles.
- Proven success in driving B2C growth through digital and partnership channels.
- Strong understanding of consumer acquisition, funnel optimisation, and retention strategies.
- Experience leading teams, managing budgets, and setting performance KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven, and technology-enabled environment.
