About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Store Manager to support the overall operations of our retail supermarket. The successful candidate will assist in managing daily store activities, supervising staff, ensuring optimal stock levels, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and store presentation.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in coordinating daily store operations to achieve sales and performance targets.
• Supervise store staff and ensure efficient customer service delivery.
• Oversee inventory control, including stock replenishment, ordering, and product display management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor cash handling, sales records, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Identify operational challenges and support in implementing solutions to improve efficiency.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a storekeeper or in a similar supervisory role within a retail supermarket.
• Proficiency in basic inventory management systems or POS software.
• Must reside in Abuja and be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
