Job Summary

The Admission and Visa Processing Marketer will oversee the day-to-day running of the firm of which responsibilities shall include business development, client relationship management, study visa applications across different countries including UK, USA, and Canada visas, design and market travel packages, and general. This role is ideal for someone that is passionate about hospitality and tourism with very good knowledge and experience in the travel industry and visa process for different countries and must have a proven record of providing clients with excellent customer service as it relates to but is not limited to meeting the target, admission processing, visa help, recommendation for vacation and tours.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations in the agency.
  • Meeting sales target
  • Process visas and develop travel solutions.
  • Responding to inquiries about our company's services and offerings.
  • Determining each client's requirements, including destinations, length of stay, and transit time.
  • Ensuring that clients pay the deposit before you begin with bookings.
  • Informing clients about the cancellation policy, including salient dates and all penalties.
  • Ascertaining and adhering to the budget.
  • Accounting for mobility and medical needs during each phase of the trip planning process.

Requirements:

  • First degree in any relevant field.
  • 1 - 2 years working experience in marketing/clients Relations IT literate 
  • Well organized and able to meet the agreed deadline 
  • Sales oriented '
  • Willing to work with or without Supervision
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Must have experience in business development and client relationship management
  • Exceptional research and professional writing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
  • A knack for delivering multiple outputs within tight turnaround times, as needed.
  • Capacity to deliver commendable services that surpass clients' expectations.
  • He/she must live in or near Lekki.
