Marketing Associate

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and enhance brand visibility.
  
• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, influencer partnerships, and events.
  
• Create engaging content for marketing materials such as advertisements, social media posts, newsletters, and website updates.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional strategies and initiatives to drive product sales.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market expansion, partnerships, collaborations, and other innovative initiatives.
• Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize marketing strategies for improved performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to ensure Rogues NG remains competitive in the market.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing activities, performance, and achievements to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, business development, or a related role within the fashion industry.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, analytics, SEO and email marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative marketing solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High level of professionalism and a proactive attitude towards achieving targets and objectives.
