Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Run and manager digital marketing ads
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across various social media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics on social media platforms, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversion rates, to optimize performance and drive results.
- Plan, revise, and approve social media content calendars, ensuring alignment with brand objectives, target audience preferences, and industry trends.
- Track leads, sales, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage and maintain various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, and Pinterest, for multiple brands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and product teams, to develop integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce, and recommend new initiatives and ideas to achieve company goals.
- Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copywriting, that resonates with the target audience and drives engagement.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate innovative ideas and solutions to business challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and creative direction, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track and measure performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of developing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, scheduling tools, and content management systems.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environments
- Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
- A passion for digital marketing and a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
