Job Summary

We are searching for a perceptive, creative administrative manager to handle & oversee office operations and administrative staff members. The administrative manager will hire, train, and evaluate administrative team members; develop, review, and improve policies, systems, and procedures; and generally ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Senior level
  • Experience Length: 4 years

Job Description/Requirements

Job Function:

  • Handke facility management 
  • Handke Fleet management & Logistics 
  • Handle Utility and Insurance
  • Handle office management
  • Oversee Admin Staff
  • Handle office space allocation and office tools/items.
  • Perform, supervise and handle all administrative functions.

Experience & Requirement:

  • 4-10 years of experience
  • BSc, MBA (an added advantage)
  • Proven Experience in Administration,
  • Proven Experience as an Admin Manager and in the Retail Industry
  • Preferably Male, able to drive both manual and automatic
  • Has a valid drivers license.
Salary: NGN120, 000 – NGN150,000
