Job Description/Requirements
- Preparing Salary Schedules, and pay slips on Microsoft Excel which includes; Pension, NHF, and Tax Schedules.
- Preparing Audit Documents.
- Preparing Technical and Commercial Bids.
- Analysing Purchase Orders, Service Entries, and Time Sheets and Preparing Invoices.
- Reconciliation of Invoices and Purchase Orders.
- Contracting and Procurement requests; Market Sourcing of items and Equipment for Quotations.
- Creating Furniture Inventory.
- Answering Staff inquiries
Requirements:
- This position is preferably open to male candidates only
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Science-related courses and accounting.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience as an accountant
- Candidates must be within the age range of 25 – 30 years
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications Such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
