Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial records, including accounts receivable/payable and monthly reconciliations.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking.
- Handle petty cash and bank transactions accurately and transparently.
- Maintain office supplies and administrative operations.
- Support church leadership in coordinating meetings, schedules, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and ethical standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive church and financial information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative or accounting roles.
- Must be a born-again Christian with a reputation for honesty and integrity.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools/software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
