Job Description/Requirements
- Creating and processing invoices
- Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
- Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable
- Sending bills and invoices to clients
- Tracking organization expenses
- Processing refunds
- Working with collection agencies on overdue payments
- Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
- Accounts and Stock Reconciliation
- Oversees Company's imprest
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance
- Experience in corporate and management accounting (must have worked in the corporate organization as an accountant – construction or related industry preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical, written oral communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong bookkeeping ability
- Comprehensive knowledge and exposure to taxation, general accounting, and audit practices, principles, and procedures.
- Innovation and Attention to Detail
- Assertiveness
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook in various situations
- Systems knowledge and familiarity, Sage peach tree
- Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task.
- Excellent understanding of the standards of different tax regulations and administration
