Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and updating the company’s books of accounts.
- Support in the preparation of financial statements and operational reports.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and ensure data accuracy.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to detect and resolve discrepancies.
- Lead physical inventory counts and identify causes of inventory variances.
- Provide support in internal audits and compliance reviews.
- Assist in the processing of financial transactions and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with financial and accounting regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve finance-related queries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant post-qualification experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
- Highly numerate with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Integrity and high level of professionalism.
