Accounts Executive
Job summary
The Accounts Executive will play a key role in supporting the management of client relationships, ensuring the timely delivery of campaigns, and coordinating project activities across internal teams and external partners. This role requires a blend of project management, client service, and communication skills, as well as social media management, with a strong understanding of media and advocacy in Nigeria.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for assigned clients, supporting senior managers in day-to-day relationship management.
- Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring campaigns across media, digital, and advocacy platforms.
- Draft client reports, proposals, presentations, and communication materials.
- Track deliverables, budgets, and timelines to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on schedule.
- Support in gathering industry insights, media monitoring, and competitor analysis to inform client strategies.
- Assist with client billing and budget reconciliation, and ensure accurate project records.
- Coordinate logistics for press briefings, stakeholder roundtables, workshops, and campaign activations.
- Work closely with creative, digital, and media teams to deliver integrated communication solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field.
- 1-3 years’ experience in a media agency, PR firm, consultancy, or client service role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of digital tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative team spirit.
