He/she handles the financial record keeping of the company, keeps records of sales or Proforma invoices (PFI) of our customers, records payments, and manages the expenses of the orga

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Generate financial reports that display the company’s profits, equity, and cash.
  • Generate invoices for all products and vet purchases to avoid over-invoicing.
  • Maintaining and reviewing the financial records of the company
  • Tax planning and Administration as well as ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws.
  • Monthly reconciliation of Bank Statements
  • Monitoring expenditure and profits and providing reports
  • Managing business accounts and preparing financial statements
  • Assisting HR in monthly payroll administration by working out the calculation of all necessary deductions and taxes.General Ledger Management.
  • Reconcile payments and receipts to/from various parties on time.
  • Gain all necessary approval from MD
  • Annual Accounts & Audit liaison
  • Developing and maintaining the Vendor Approval Process
  • Board reporting –providing finance and other reports as required for Board meetings
  • Manage budget processes
  • Continuous review of all finance policies & internal control procedures
  • Arrange authorization of electronic and manual payments, liaison with banks


Requirements:

  • A degree in accounting or similar.
  • 3 years of previous working experience as an Accounting Officer.
  • Knowledge and competency in accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in management systems.
  • Great administration skills.
  • Sound interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.
