Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Accounting:
- Manage payments to suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely processing.
- Identify and implement systems and procedures to maintain financial efficiency.
- Provide strategic financial recommendations to the Head of Operations.
- Stay updated on accounting and benefits regulations, offering training as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Head of Operations and Product Managers to develop resource plans for new product lines.
Inventory Control:
- Develop and implement inventory control systems and practices using Odoo ERP.
- Forecast supply and demand requirements to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Generate weekly production orders for each product based on forecasts and inventory levels.
- Track inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Generate detailed purchase and pricing reports, conduct supply chain analysis, and update inventory management systems.
- Perform regular stock checks and address discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain and update records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory levels.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a related field
- 3 years experience
