Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Accounts Management: Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts for each outlet and the company as a whole.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial integrity and compliance.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Outlet Financial Management: Oversee financial operations across multiple outlets, ensuring consistency and best practices.
• Cash Management: Manage cash flow, including cash handling procedures and bank reconciliations.
• Financial Planning: Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Relevant experience in hospitality or the finance industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
