Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Reconciliation of sales report to source document ( volume and values)
- Daily Bank Reconciliation
- Recording accurate transactions ( payment and expenses)
- Uploading payment and expenses
- Retirement of Vouchers, Invoices, and receipts
- Monitoring and Analyzing Accounting data.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. Accounting/Economics
- Minimum of 1-3 years of working experience
- Practical experience in Sage Evolution
- Bank and account reconciliation
- Part or full ICAN/ACCA qualification
- Numerical and analytical
- Proactive
- Ability to use initiative
- Excellent communication (oral & written) and presentation skills
- Well-developed organizational skills
- Flexibility & adaptability
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Time management
- Attention to detail
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
