Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, personable, academically astute and a very trustworthy candidate to manage every aspect of our accounting. An ideal candidate would have 3-5 years experience in managing full cycle of accounting in a mid-sized company and must have a degree/diploma in Accounting/Finance.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping and financial record keeping for the company
- Reconcile bank statements
- Create invoices and follow up on them
- Track all expenses in QuickBooks
- Prepare financial reports for management
- Prepare tax returns, T4, T5, T2
- Track all expenses in QuickBooks
- Prepare month-end documentation.
- May include office manager-related duties
- Quarterly and Year-End Reporting
- Conduct regular account analysis to identify discrepancies or trends
- Comprehensive understanding of the full cycle of accounting
- Maintain records of financial transactions by establishing accounts and posting journal entries
- Reconcile entries and prepare a trial balance
- Execute Year End Financial Statements
Requirements:
- Exceptional personality and very trustworthy
- Diploma/Baccalaureate degree in accounting/finance
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in a mid-size company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive experience in QuickBooks
- Exhibit high levels of organization skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
