Job Summary

We are a property development company providing services such as Construction, Architectural Design, Investment Advisory, Property and Facility management & agency. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining financial procedures and systems, accounting, auditing, reporting, collection, accuracy, tax for the company.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide appropriate and accurate accounting, cost control, and other financial management information to meet the needs of management, the board, and other recognized stakeholders.
  • Provide overall direction in Accounting, Funds Management, and other Accounting strategies for efficiency. 
  • Ensure adequate preparation and rendition of financial reports to the management, Auditors, Board, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure risk management,  tax management, and regulatory compliance on financial matters of the company
  • Preparation of budget and monthly budgetary control reports.
  • Relate with Account and Tax Auditors for annual audits.
  • Prepare other ad-hoc reports as may be required to establish performance objectives and targets.
  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information/invoices.
  • Secures financial information by completing database backups and protection.
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
  • Maintains financial security by following internal controls, tracking transactions on balance sheets, and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
  • Develop, review, and  improve financial policies in the protection of the company
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


Requirements:

  • 5 years experience
  • Degree in Accounting
