Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations for a portfolio of real estate properties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets and forecasts for real estate assets.
- Participate in year-end audits and tax preparation processes, providing support as needed.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, accounting standards, and best practices in real estate finance.
Requirements:
- Minimum first degree in Accounting
- Experience in construction sector is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years work experience
- Professional Certifications are a plus
- Proficient with technology
- Proficient with accounting software
- Strong verbal and oral skills
