Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including both front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
- Manage restaurant financials including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and cash flow.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely preparation of financial reports.
- Supervise and support team members to maintain high performance and service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with suppliers to manage stock efficiently.
- Utilize POS systems and inventory software for reporting and operations tracking.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Handle customer service issues promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership position in the restaurant industry.
- B.Sc. Accounting or related field of study.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, both front and back of the house.
- Proven leadership and team management skills in a high-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
- Comfortable with POS systems and inventory software.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Thorough understanding of food safety and health regulations.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000
