Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax filings.
- Conduct financial audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Analyze financial data to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial processes.
Requirements:
- B.Sc in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a financial institution.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Residency within the Island (advantage).
- Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
