Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced, and reliable Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be between 30 and 35 years old, possess strong analytical skills, and be a certified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM). The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting budgeting and auditing processes

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Implement and monitor internal controls
- Liaise with HR on payroll and employee benefit matters (CIPM-related)
Requirements:
- Age: 30–35 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CIPM Certification (Mandatory)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Attributes:
- Knowledge of HR processes and payroll systems
- Experience working in a fast-paced or dynamic business environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Location: Lekki phase 1
Remuneration: NGN 300,000 - 350,000
