Job summary
We seek a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant skilled in QuickBooks and Excel. The ideal candidate is analytical, financially disciplined, and able to manage records, reporting, and compliance with accuracy. Must ensure transparency and provide timely financial insights to support management decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Monitor income, expenses, and budget performance.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
- Prepare payroll schedules and ensure statutory compliance.
- Handle tax documentation and liaise with relevant regulatory bodies when required.
- Track receivables and payables to ensure proper cash flow management.
- Generate weekly and monthly financial reports for management review.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years proven accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, financial reporting).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Trustworthy, discreet, and ethically sound.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
