We seek a skilled accountant to manage financial operations for our fish importation business. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial records, budgeting, and reporting.
- Handle tax matters and liaise with FIRS and other regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with financial and importation regulations.
- Process payments, invoicing, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare financial statements.
- Assist with audits and financial planning.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in importation or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, FIRS interactions, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Yoruba-speaking candidates were preferred for ease of communication.
Location: Alimosho, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 300,000 - 400,000
