Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
• Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, etc.
• Presenting data to managers, investors, and other entities.
• Maintaining accurate financial records.
• Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
• Overseeing routine department activities, such as disbursing checks and processing payroll, to ensure that they are completed accurately and on time.
  
• Maintaining accurate and complete financial, employee, and client records.
• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial information to management and government agencies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree.
• MSc is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in accounting and financial analysis.
• Must be a chartered accountant
• Financial/commercial management exposure
  
• Strong financial and accounting background
• Experience with corporate governance
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking mindset
• Experience with budget management, financial reporting, tax management, and cash flow.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to assess and resolve technical issues promptly.

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 250,000 net.
