The Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate accounting processes in compliance with company policies and financial regulations. The role supports effective financial management and decision-making within the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
- Monitor company expenses and ensure proper cost control
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial reviews
- Process payroll and employee reimbursements when required
- Provide financial advice and support to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Upto 2 years relevant accounting experience
- Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, ANAN) is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information
