Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
- Develop and monitor project budgets
- Handle accounts receivable/payable and invoicing
- Ensure tax and audit compliance
- Manage payroll and statutory deductions
- Analyse project costs and identify savings.
- Track and forecast cash flow
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience (construction experience is a plus)
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
- Analytical and organisational skills
