Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular account reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance to support business decisions.
- Handle payroll processing, ensuring accurate salary payments and statutory deductions.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic planning.
- Supervise and support accounting staff to ensure operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, Nigerian tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, ERP, and general accounting systems.
- ICAN certification is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Requirements:
- Minimum OND.
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
