Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure healthy cash flow.
- Support the preparation and filing of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Provide financial insights for budgeting and forecasting.
- Recommend improvements for financial processes and controls.
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
