Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Process and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Local invoice Management (Invoicing, GRN issue and receivables follow up)
• Posting of Customer invoices on Sage 50.
• Prepares Payment Vouchers on Teams application.
• Manages all Local Vendor Payments.
• Petty Cash management.
• Performs all Bank Transactions.
• Other tasks that may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or HND in Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Sage 50 and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
