We are looking for a competent and qualified account officer to manage all account-related activities of our company.
- Minimum Qualification:HND
- Experience Level:Mid level
- Experience Length:3 years
- Manage all accounting transactions.
- Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure.
- Auditing financial information.
- Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries, and financial statements.
- Analyzing accounts and business plans.
- Providing tax planning services with reference to current legislation.
- Financial forecasting and risk analysis.
- Dealing with insolvency cases.
- Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger employees.
- Examining expenses submitted by employees.
- Preparing tax returns and ensuring that taxes are paid properly and on time.
- Organize and maintain financial records.
- Perform other Accounting tasks as required.
- Minimum academic qualification of HND/BSc in Accounting, or any relevant field
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Good practical knowledge of accounting software
- Excellent communication skill
- Excellent bookkeeping and financial accounting skills
- Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills
- Good Time management and Organisational skills
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and operation of general office equipment
- Ability to record, file, and transmit information
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to apply and explain rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
