Job summary
The Account Officer is responsible for managing the company’s financial records, monitoring production budgets, processing payments, and ensuring accurate financial reporting for film and media projects. The role supports financial control, cost tracking, and compliance with company financial policies.

- Maintain accurate financial records for all company transactions
- Prepare and process payment vouchers, invoices, and receipts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Monitor and track production budgets for film and media projects.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Process staff expense claims and production-related expenditures.
- Monitor cash flow and petty cash management for projects.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers on financial matters.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax obligations, and company policies.
- Assist the Finance Manager with budgeting and financial planning for film projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSc.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
