Financial Planning and Management:

- Manage company finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Monitor revenue and expenses to ensure alignment with the company’s financial goals.

Payroll Management:

- Prepare monthly payroll for in-house staff and field personnel, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Sound Financial Management System
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.

Administrative Support:
- Maintain organised financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other documents.
- Provide administrative support for other departments as needed.
- Coordinate with external auditors or consultants during financial audits or reviews.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) are an advantage.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, and tax compliance.
