Access To Energy Sales Manager

*Opportunity: Access to Energy (A2E) Sales Manager – West English Africa*
We are inviting applications for the role of Access to Energy (A2E) Sales Manager to lead sales, impact delivery, and business development across West English Africa (role based in Nigeria).
*Preferred Courses of Study*
Candidates should have a background in any of the following:
- Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Electromechanical Engineering
- Energy Systems Engineering
- Renewable Energy Engineering
- Power Systems Engineering
- Engineering Technology (with strong LV/Microgrid exposure)
*Additional advantage:*
- Certification or training in microgrids, off-grid systems, or energy access solutions.
*Expected Sales & Impact Targets*
Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering:
- €0.85 million annual sales target (short term)
- €2.75 million target within 3 years
- Minimum 30% Gross Margin
- Impact delivery to 220,000 people, scaling up to 550,000 people in 3 years

- Development Finance Institutions (DFIs)

- Mini-grid developers & EPCs
- Community-based organisations and cooperatives
- Off-grid distributors and impact sector partners
Strong stakeholder engagement is essential to executing the A2E and Microgrid strategy.
