The Zone CM manages day-to-day construction activities in assigned zone ofthe residential estate. Role is the primary point of on-siteaccountability for programme, quality, and safety within the zone, working inclose coordination with CM and the parallel ZoneCM to ensure the simultaneous build programme is maintainedacross all blocks.

Site Cleaners maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and orderly presentation of the site office, welfare facilities, and construction common areas throughout the project.
