Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Computer-based test administration for certification exam
- Upload content, design new content pages, and ensure effective navigation and user experience for visitors, clients, and other stakeholders
- Manage content for the mobile app, portal, and website
- Create advert banners and manage external inquiries and channels to appropriate PPD&C functions
- Creating Accounts for and training trainers on the usage of the Virtual Learning Platform.
- Conducting periodic user interaction analysis to generate useful insights on consumer behavior.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a BSc in computer science or equivalent ICT certification
- Very good expertise in the development and management of a Website/Portal, with proof of previous works, executed.
- Ability to design and manage interactive chats and other platforms
- Knowledge of cloud computing
- Ability to deploy SEO and online metrics and content /page evaluation.
