- Update web content regularly using content management systems (CMS) to reflect current services, announcements, and campaigns.
- Monitor website traffic, performance, and user behavior using web analytics tools to guide improvements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve bugs and implement updates or patches promptly.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure consistent branding and functionality across all pages.
- Ensure websites are optimized for SEO, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility standards.
- Maintain website backups and implement disaster recovery protocols when necessary.
- Coordinate with hosting providers and ensure server uptime and domain management.
- Enforce website security protocols and monitor for potential threats or breaches.
- Support internal teams with web-related needs such as landing pages, form integration, or content uploads.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in web administration, web development, or a similar role.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web content management systems (CMS).
- Familiarity with SEO principles and web analytics tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
